Yes, Reagun's Production will provide you with full coverage of the event/ recording session. ( no matter what Package you buy)

What if my Camera fails: With every crew we send out, they are equiped with a top of the line iphone while it is not as effiecent as a camera it takes 4k quality video and Our backup camerawill be Transported to the location as soon as possible
What if my audio cuts out mid session: NO current plan for audio issues (Update at later date)
What if my memory Card fails: I aways have extra sd cards on hand. If the memory card hold video from your event we pay for it to be sent off and fixed by industry expert in that field

The biggest event we have ever recorded is a 3000 people confernce.
But I am sure me and my crew are up to the task.

Within 10 days you will recieve a edited full coverage video

Before the event:
signed contract
Floor plans
Your schedule for the event: date, time, and location of the event
Your decision on what package you want
Shot list: whos speaking, VIPs of your event, etc...
The Itinerary: minute by minute time line
Lighting information: Do I need to bring studio lights?
After the event
style/ Mood: If you want music in the background what type are we sad are we patriotic ( assume you I am editing it)
Delivery type: Am I giving you a thumb drive or a link, etc....
payment: The video will not be delivered untill after payment is recieved

I have 2 policy for revision
I Made a mistake: When I make a mistake I take the Damage. The time editing to fix the mistake will not be added to cost, and I will fix it asap.
You want a revision: When you want a revision you take the hit. The time will be at Half the price, but will be added to you cost. This will be fixed within 3 business days.

Yes, i will not link a email here do to client privacy, but if you ask me I will send you contact info for a previous client. (assuming the client agrees)

I get in contact with you after you fill out the form above
We get the contract signed to protect both me and you from any legal issues
WE get all information from you that we need ( this list is provided under the "WHAT DO YOU NEED FROM ME" section.)
We add you to the schedule ( This depends on IF I have that day open or not)
